After enjoying a Decleor Recharge Vitamin Glow Facial a short while ago, my beauty therapist suggested that I would benefit from purchasing the Decleor Box of Secrets. I’m not normally that open to purchasing product upsells, but after my facial, my skin felt so incredibly hydrated (I have particularly thirsty skin that likes to zap up any kind of moisture!) that I wanted to continue this sense of hydration in the future.
The Decleor box of Secrets Beauty Powernap cost me £45, which I did feel was a little pricey, however I was told that one of the products featured in the box set cost that alone (Decleor Aromessence Neroli Oil), so I was getting quite a good deal with the addition of two other products included. I’ll now give you a quick rundown of these fabulous items and the most effective way to use them.
Aroma Cleanse 3 in 1 Hydra Radiance Smoothing & Cleansing Foam 50ml
The Aroma Cleanse 3 in 1 is the perfect face wash, which will leave your skin feeling clean without drying out. It’s rich, indulgent and smells absolutely gorgeous and does three jobs in one! Firstly, it’s a deep cleanser which lathers quickly into a mousse like texture and leaves the skin feeling super soft.
It will also polish the skin and contains grape juice, papaya extract and Japanese white mulberry which will exfoliate and rid your skin of dead cells. Your skin will feel crystal clear and you should hopefully see increased luminosity after your first use (I definitely saw the difference!). Finally, it’s moisturising and plumping – the combination of neroli oil and hyaluronic acid work beautifully to leave your skin feel extremely refreshed and revitalised.
To use, just apply to face and work into the skin using circular motions to create a lather. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with water to leave your skin with a wonderful, glowing complextion.
Aromessence Néroli Hydrating Oil Serum 15ml
Having won winner of ’best facial oil’ for six years in a row, you’ll know that you’re in good hands with this one. It also smells fantastic too, so make sure you inhale deeply during use to enjoy the uplifting floral scent (you’ll really feel like you’re at a spa!). To use, simply pour a few drops into your hands and rub together. Apply onto cleansed skin in the morning and rub into your face and neck, before applying your usual moisturiser or the Aurabsolu Intense Glow Awakening Cream.
Aurabsolu Intense Glow Awakening Cream 30ml
This hydrating moisturiser is ideal to use after the Neroli hydrating serum. This lovely moisturiser smells great and works well with tired skin. It features orange flavanoids which protects the skin from free radicals, in addition to Samphire Extract will help improve skin tone. Use in the morning and rub a small squirt into your hands before applying to your face and neck.
This set would make a great gift for the Decléor enthusiast in your life or just as a nice gift to yourself (we’ve all got to treat ourselves once in a while right?). All in all, I’d definitely recommend these products to a friend or family member. Each product smells fantastic and you really can tell that you’re applying items of great quality to your skin. The products included work great as a combination and certainly help in achieving that fresh and awakened look – your skin will feel that much brighter with regular use!
